What should you expect from the sessions?
Our initial session is informal and focused on getting to know each other so that we can better work together. In this first session, we go through your intake paperwork and establish treatment goals and priorities before deciding on which treatment methodology fits best with you.
After our initial appointment, the sessions will use the chosen method and the bible to walk you through healing. Each session ends with prayer.
It’s important to remember that the best outcomes from therapy are achieved when you put in the work that we ask of you. This means applying the techniques that you learn in therapy and completing the homework assignments.
FEES, PAYMENT, INSURANCE, AND CANCELLATION
How much do your sessions cost?
What payment methods do you accept?
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept insurance for your sessions with me. We accept the following insurance companies:
- Aetna
- BlueCross and BlueShield
- Cigna and Evernorth
- Oscar Health
- Oxford
- UnitedHealthCare UHC | UBH
- Friday Health Plans (TX)
- Optum – Carveout
- Optum/United-EAP (TX)
- TriWest
Please note that it is your responsibility to figure out your health plan’s coverage.
That means if we accept your insurance, your out-of-pocket expense is typically just a copay or co-insurance provided your deductible has been met. Most insurance cards have this amount written on the front. Insurance can be confusing, but don’t worry because we are here to help and are dedicated to making this as easy as possible for you.
During the intake process, Headway company will help you verifying your insurance and their copay. Please be aware that the verification of benefits doesn’t guarantee full payment on the part of your insurance provider. In this case, clients are responsible for making up the full cost of sessions.
